If I understand this correctly, it's called underdrive. Cf https://www.dictionary.com/browse/underdrive

Skip to 4:20 at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWtK5mzuddo and he'll mention overdrive when talking about a planetary gear ratio of i < 1.

untertourig? This reminds me of the 'spin effect', when you accelerate at the top of a curve, driving the rear of the car in the correct direction.
