I'm an EnAr translator, I found this in a document about an Italian company:
"A company subject to the management of (the mother company) ex art. 2497 sexies cc"
I understood that "ex art." means "pursuant to article," but I couldn't find a translation for "sexies".

Sexies is actually Latin. It means "point six" in this context, and I leave it unchanged and in italics in my translations.
