I have a psychiatric report that says:

I can't grasp what "Le cours de la pensée est légèrement sous pression" is supposed to mean. I know that a direct translation would be "The train of thought is slightly under pressure" but I don't get what that could mean exactly. Can someone help?

Or "is affected by stress".

agree SafeTex : This is exactly what I was going to suggest before seeing that I was beaten to it ("thought process" is pretty good too though)
