Уважаемые коллеги, затрудняюсь с терминологией. В документе есть и freezing injunction, и отдельно proprietary injunction.
Нашла вот такое объяснение:
A freezing order should therefore be distinguished from a proprietary injunction. A
proprietary injunction can also be obtained at an interlocutory stage and is
appropriate where the applicant seeks to assert that the assets held by the
respondent are in fact the applicant’s property. The court’s approach to such
injunctions is different, particularly in relation to the respondent’s right to use such
monies to pay third parties, costs or living expenses.
