Подскажите, пожалуйста, корректный перевод выражения "other consideration given" в следующем контексте (пункт b ниже).

15.1 The Parties hereby agree that unless waived in writing by mutual agreement, all rights and obligations hereunder shall cease and terminate, provided however that no termination of this Agreement shall:
(a) release either Party from accrued rights, obligations and liabilities of the Client or the Company (as the case may be) on the Termination Date
(b) rescind or give rise to any rights to rescind anything done or other consideration given by either the Client or the Company hereunder prior to the Termination Date
