But what is portfolio credit risk management? Is it the management of risk associated with portfolio credit? If so, what is portfolio credit?

Or is it the management of credit risk associated with portfolios? If so, then what is the credit risk associated with portfolios? What does it mean?

Or is it possible that the whole phrase is wrong? Have you considered that the correct phrase might be "credit portfolio risk management"? Ahmed Badawy, for example, provided you with an excellent translation of "credit portfolio risk management." There is a big difference between "credit portfolio" and "portfolio credit." This is assuming that "portfolio credit" even exists as a meaningful phrase.
