English to French Other Tourism & Travel Visa applications

This term is taken from a visa application website. There are several occurences including:

*If there are dependents on this passport who will travel with you to [Wonderland], add them here as endorsees.
*Dependent Endorsee Details
*Invalid date of birth entered for endorsee.

Apparently, an endorsee is anyone who is added to someone else's visa (the main visa holder). I believe the following people can all be endorsees:
The main visa holder's children, spouse, and parents.
