1.4 Методы оценки эффективности
Следует документировать точное описание эффектов лечения,
количественная оценка которых является целью планируемого исследования.
Эти эффекты, в свою очередь, должны служить основой для выбора дизайна
исследования и методики статистического анализа. Должен быть четко
обозначен способ качественной и количественной оценки эффекта лечения,
особенно в отношении событий, происходящих после рандомизации, таких
как смерть, не связанная с ССЗ, если она не входит в состав конечной точки
(см. раздел 5.1). План статистического анализа должен быть тщательно
разработан с учетом эффектов лечения, представляющих интерес.
