This question is in violation of site rules It is a violation of the rules of ProZ.com to post multiple terms in one question. A term is usually one word, but sometimes it consists of a short phrase that cannot be split without affecting the meaning or the translation.

In this question, the asker did not follow this rule. The content of this question should have been posted under three separate questions:

1. High tibial osteotomy (HTO)
2. Arthroscopy
3. Osteoarthritic knee

Members of ProZ.com should refrain from answering questions that violate site rules. Helping violators encourages further violation and makes the rules ineffective and meaningless.

People violate the rules mainly because they don't know the rules. Most violators are new askers. When we see a violating question, we have a responsibility to educate the asker. Most new askers respond well and begin to follow the rules as soon as the rules are explained. But if we don't do that, the violations will continue, because the rules remain unknown or they are deemed optional.

When members cooperate in the violation of the rules of their own site, the site is degraded, and the professional integrity of the members is compromised. We can do better than that.
