NASAL SWAB COLLECTION INSTRUCTIONS
Hola a todos:
Mi duda es con el punto 4. "insert the flocked tip to the point of the flocked tip just entering the nostril" ¿la idea sería "introduzca levemente la punta flocada en la fosa nasal"? Eso es lo que entiendo...
1. Have a second person support your infant’s head, keeping it slightly tilted and still.
2. Remove the swab from the plastic sleeve and hold the white handle. Be careful not to touch the flocked tip on any other object.
3. Identify the safety stopping point and the breaking point.
4. Gently insert the flocked tip to the point of the flocked tip just entering the nostril. The swab should not be inserted any deeper than 2 cm inside the nostril of the infant.
5. Gently rotate the swab 180° three times inside the nostril and leave in place for 5 seconds before removing.
6. Remove the swab being careful not to touch it on any other object. DO NOT LAY THE SWAB DOWN

: "Punta" podría inducir a error. Pej., Introduzca suavemente el extremo flocado del hisopo hasta que dicho extremo se haya introducido por completo en la narina. La longitud total del hisopo introducido en la narina del niño no debería superar los 2 cm.

Introduzca suavemente el extremo de algodón hasta el momento en que la porción algodonosa del hisopo se encuentre en el interior de la narina, no debiendo introducir en la narina del niño más de 2 cm en total del hisopo.
