Whereas the Company did not accept the aforementioned ruling of the Court of First Instance, it filed Appeal No. 2 by depositing its Statement of Appeal in the Court’s Clerk Department on 16/10/2017, seeking therein a ruling to accept the appeal in form, to annul the Appealed Ruling, and pronounce a new judgement: In the Original Claim: awarding the pleas with which the Company opened this dispute before the Court of First Instance
