LC-MS showed most of tert-butyl 4-((7-(tert-butylcarbamoyl)-5-((2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxy)methyl)-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazin-2-yl)oxy)piperidine-1-carboxylate was consumed. The resulting mixture was concentrated in vacuo, and chased with DCM several times to give the crude TFA salt of N-(tert-butyl)-5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-(piperidin-4-yloxy)-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine-7-carboxamide (200 mg, 􀁡0.29 mmol) as oil which was used to next step
without further workup.

The resulting mixture was evaporated in vacuo, and chased with DCM several times to give a crude N-(tert-butyl)-2-(piperidin-4-yloxy)-5Hpyrrolo[
2,3-b]pyrazine-7-carboxamide (160 mg, 0.29 mmol) as an oil which was used to next step without further workup.

Discussion

Bonjour J'ai trouvé "éliminé" dans une publi. Là c'est le DCM qui est éliminé par l'eau.
orgogozo Oct 30, 2020:
purgé ?
soumaya. (asker) Oct 30, 2020:
I don't think it's "dissolved by/dissolved in" as the "resulting mixture" contains the final product "N-(tert-butyl)-2-(piperidin-4-yloxy)-...."
maybe "extracted" but not sure ..
liz askew Oct 30, 2020:
While dichloromethane isn't miscible with water, it is able to dissolve a wide range of organic compounds. These properties, combined with its volatility, makes DCM a highly effective solvent in many industrial processes.7 Dec 2017

Good luck!
liz askew Oct 30, 2020:
My husband (O level Chemistry) says this could mean "dissolved by/dissolved in"...
liz askew Oct 30, 2020:
extracted/removed?
