Besides as this is a transcription, I think that maybe they meant: "So the flange is sent to the * flange * line * but the web and the head pieces, they are sent to the head line. Maybe ist's "head line" and not "headline". Thanks, again!

Althea Draper Nov 8, 2020: I'm no expert on rerolling steel or iron, but from the context, I think the 'line' referred to here is a process line or production line (also 'headline' may well be called that because it is the process or production line that processes the head parts).
