Assets
Although assets are individually listed, when the file is submitted to XXX, it is reviewed as one combined total.
This is why the liquid asset total or fallback may be requested.
Condition Days / Condition of Finance (COF)
Please include the appraisal contact information as well as the COF date.
This does not mean an appraisal will be ordered, and the file can still auto-approve; however, if an appraisal is required, we then have the information available and can order without delay to meet the required timeline.
Existing Property
Please advise if the existing property is sold, free and clear, or debt serviced.
