English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

For the purpose of calculating BU’s entitlement to compensation of such benefits, RU shall keep true and accurate books and records in such detail (rate calculation, cost center reports, time sheets, etc.) as is necessary to identify the benefits incurred.
RU shall be obliged to inform BU about any such benefits incurred as soon as reason-ably possible, but not later than 3 (three) months after the end of RU’s relevant fiscal year. Furthermore, in order to allow BU to verify and/or to assess a potential entitle-ment to compensation of benefits as described herein, RU shall grant BU reasonable access to relevant accounting information, if requested by BU (audit right).
