English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Any contracts existing prior to coming into force of this Agreement (“Existing Contract”) shall be performed and completed in accordance with the provisions of the Existing Contract. However, for the avoidance of doubt, any special price requests in place prior to coming into force of this Agreement shall continue to apply during their respective term of validity. The reference in such special price requests to the ZRG shall be replaced by the Replacement Conditions (externalized ZRG) as of the spin-off date, as set forth in the Contribution Agreement.
