Spanish term

fina objeto

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Tenancy agreements
The term in-context is "Identificación de la fina objeto del contrato". It's part of a tenancy agreement in Spain, but I'm not sure whether "fina objeto" is a simple error or an actual term.

Thank you in advance for your help!

property subject matter

Probably a typo of "finca".

Identification of the property [that is the] subject matter of the agreement.
Note from asker:
Hi Robert! It was indeed a spelling mistake, your answer is perfect! Sorry to randomly re-open this after so much time, it was my first time asking a question and I thought closing it would delete it. Hope this gives you the points you deserve :) Thank you!

Thanks, Chris, never mind, I probably answered too quickly, it was closed by the time I submitted it. I assume the asker started reading the paragraph beneath this heading....
