Spanish term

mesa de presidencia

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
From a series of contracts involving state lotteries

En el caso de los miembros de la mesa de presidencia: contractual y cumplimiento de normativa legal con la IGAE (intervención general del Estado) para la asistencia a mesas de presidencia

and later...

Consentimiento: en el caso de niños y autoridades para sorteos viajeros, acompañantes de niños y terceros cooptados en la mesa de presidencia principalmente para Navidad

In the first example it would seem to be something like a committee, less so in the second case

Presidential Round Table

Seems to works in both instances of a committee and meetings of such cf. mesa de partes in Lat. Am. / Peruvian courts as a 'filing desk' - West - or Registry Office Inwards.

Presidential as an adjective is to dodge the Chairman's vs. Chairwoman's vs. Chair at the Round Table: to quote one late SPA/Am. ENG translator who had been appointed 'Chair of the Bloomsbury Medical Group' in London - I am not a 'chair' but real person.

Also Round Table as two words to avoid the US American spelling of Roundtable and overlap with the weblink.
Example sentence:

Following these events, Mantella announced her plans for the Presidential Roundtable Series entitled, “The Constitution, Elections and Democracy” in an effort to better connect these events to the campus community.

neutral AllegroTrans : Maybe... but everything is context dependent and we need to be sure we are talking of a President and not a chairman/person

Agreed, but Chairing of the Board Round Table doesn't have that 'Sir Gallahad and Knights of the Round Table' ring to it.
