Spanish term

Retención de la Agencia Tributaria

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) Copyrights
I'd greatly appreciate any help please because I don't know the correct way of translating this terminology
which is on a list from a website:

Consulta y Envío de repertorio
Datos postales, fiscales y forma de cobro
Seudónimos/IPI
Detalle del préstamo
Retención del editor
Retención de la Agencia Tributaria
Operación
Detalles de las retenciones frente a terceros
Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Eileen Brophy (asker) May 19, 2021:
@yolanda Speece As I said when I asked the question, I don't have any more context than a list of terminology, so I can't give any more information, I'm sorry.
yolanda Speece May 19, 2021:
retencion de la agencia tributaria Retention of what? it is the tax office but are we talking about retaining money or are we talking about employee retention in the tax office?

Sorry, I would not mind more context. I know you could use it too.

Tributary Agency Withholding/Deduction

In this case, "Tributaria" has a perfect equivalent in economics, which is "Tributary". We could also use "deduction" instead of "withholding"...
Note from asker:
Thank you Ignacio, I agree
