考虑到之前那个“阿特费克湖”的乌龙（https://www.proz.com/kudoz/chinese-to-english/geography/6963...），怀疑这个出自同一份报告的“塞瓦尔电厂”也是个类似的乌龙。
报告中说“随着坎迪奥塔二期C项目和塞瓦尔电厂”，很有可能是“Candiota Phase II Thermal Power Plant C” (ref: http://en.sepco1.com/art/2019/4/4/art_3070_543790.html)
所谓“塞瓦尔电厂”很可能就是“Thermal Power Plant”的音译。只是这个Plant C的装机容量似乎是350MW (http://en.sepco1.com/col/col3406/index.html) 而不是文章所说的“500MW”。
