: Va pour "sortie régulière", mais "sortant" ne s'utilise que comme part. prés. ou adjectif (ex.: en sortant de...; président sortant). Votre "testimoniale" est un testament. Désolée, mais le reste, très laborieux, ne convient pas au style juridique.

: "sortant" is not a noun, it's a verb - that's basic grammar Lisa; once again your rambling "explanation" is of little help and you have failed to grasp the patently obvious financial meaning of "outgoing"
