Discussion

Malgoldberg (asker) Jun 17, 2021:
Yes, that's what it must mean. Thank you very much.
Shalom Bresticker Jun 17, 2021:
Yes. See for example
https://www.oranim.ac.il/sites/heb/academic-units/advanced-s...
"חינוך והוראה לתלמידים בסיכון ובהדרה"
Vere Barzilai Jun 17, 2021:
Social exclusion I guess they refer here to students on the fringe of society, socially excluded, like for example, the Bedouins
Malgoldberg (asker) Jun 17, 2021:
This is a list of colleges in Israel that offer degrees in education. There is no more context only that the college in question is in Beersheva so Hadera does not fit. Could it mean students who are for some reason excluded from general community (e.g, handicapped, etc?)
Shalom Bresticker Jun 17, 2021:
But I don't see how that would fit in context. It would help if we could see more of the preceding and following text.
Malgoldberg (asker) Jun 17, 2021:
I have the feeling that here it may mean 'excluded'
Shalom Bresticker Jun 17, 2021:
Assuming that it is supposed to be בחדרה, not בהדרה.
Malgoldberg (asker) Jun 16, 2021:
Thank you very much.
