2018MLEP0052 Cambio en el ordenamiento del Hub (pasillo interno de fabricación), en este se eliminaron las esclusas de acceso a clase B (de entrada y salida de material, de ingreso y salida de personal), y eliminación de urna 3 que daba servicio a las esclusas (la urna 4 se quitó con el cambio 2018MLEP0047 que daba servicio a áreas de llenado) quedando la UMA 16 dando servicio.

Another guess that might make more sense could be "tank", as compressed air is usually held in a tank ( device that holds the compressed air in a pneumatic system.

So, I wonder if 'urna' is actually 'uma' but has been picked up incorrectly - OCR error. The passage is talking about air supply and it refers to 'urna 3', 'urna 4' and 'UMA 16'. A UMA is a 'unidad manejadora de aire' - an air handling unit, see https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Climatizador .
