French to English Medical Medical (general) Hip arthroplasty

This term appears in a list of instructions for installing a fixed-bearing cup in a hip arthroplasty operation (instruction 5).
1. Boucher les trous d’impaction et de vis par des bouchons pour éviter le fluage du PE.
2. Assembler la platine support pour insert PE fixe muni du guide de préhenseur NOVIUM® sur l’impacteur. [Fig. A]
3. Placer l’implant sur la platine. [Fig. B]
4. Positionner l’insert dans le cotyle en prenant soin d’orienter le débord anti-luxation dans la zone la plus proximale de l’acétabulum.
5. Orienter la *marguerite* pour l’indexage. [Fig. C]
6. Pousser l’insert en butée jusqu’à entendre le clipsage. [Fig. D]
7. S’assurer par un contrôle visual et tactile que la surface de l’insert est positionnée parallèlement à la surface du cotyle

The obvious translation is daisy, but I can find no references to this term in this context. Looking at the diagram I think it may refer to a series of longitudinal ridges following the radius of the cup to the edge of the liner used to orient the cup.
