XXX hereby agrees and acknowledges that if the Company requires any funding over and above the Equity Funding Commitment for meeting the working capital requirements of the Company as per the Business Plan, then XXX shall assist the Company in procuring such amount not exceeding Indian Rupee equivalent of Euro 20,000,000 (Euros Twenty Million only), in aggregate through working capital loans (“Working Capital Commitment”) and Euro 5,000,000 (Euros Five Million only), in aggregate in term loans (“Term Loan Commitment”).
