I am translating a Divorce by Mutual Consent and I am not sure how to translate "Averbe a decisão ao assento de casamento".

CONTEXT:

"Averbe a decisão ao assento de casamento nº X abaixo referenciado, da Conservatória do Registo Civil de Coimbra e aos assentos de nascimento dos filhos menores nos termos do artigo 274º nº 4 do Código do Registo Civil".
