Spanish to English Other Education / Pedagogy University diploma

Buenas. Estoy traduciendo un titulo universitario argentino del español al inglés para que el cliente presente ante autoridades de los Estados Unidos.
En el reverso del titulo aparece un sello que dice lo siguiente:

MINISTERIO DE CULTURA Y EDUCACION.
COORDINACION DE ASUNTOS UNIVERSITARIOS.
Certifico que XXXX Y XXXX a la fecha de la expedición del presente diploma revistaban en el carácter que invocan precedentemente y que las firmas que antecede guardan similitud con las que obran en nuestros registros. [...]

Mi duda mas que nada radica en "Coordinacion de Asuntos universitarios.

Mi intento:
Ministry of Education and Culture.
University Affairs Management.
I hereby certify that, at the time that this document was issued, Mr. XXX and Mr. XXX were acting in the capacity mentioned above, and that the above signatures are similar to those in our records.[...]
