Is it something like, 'yellowed eyes from a life of hardship'?
The sentence is here:
أبكي على عامل ينظف السيارات، بوجه محروق من معانقة شمس الله غير الحانية، وعينين مصفرّتين من تناسل شظف الحياة في إمارة غنية جداً
