Standard module for indirect heating
The standard module contains a lower plenum and upper plenum (see next figure).
The plenums of the coupled modules link together to produce a leak-free through-flow.

After passing the exchanger the air comes to a valve section which distributes the amount of air over the upper and lower channels (plenums).

Plenum adjustment (option)
Convection transfer in particular can be influenced by adjusting the height of the upper plenum (option).
Adjust plenum height
The plenum height affects the air speed at the product.
Moving the plenum up results in a lower air speed at the product.
Automatic plenum adjustment is an option.
Depending on the selected recipe the plenum will adjust to the correct height.
It is also possible to change the plenum height manually in the Oven zone manual window (option).
