This appears on a medical report in the Intervencionismo RX - Coronariografia section as follows:
TCI sin lesiones. Estenosis severa y larga de DAp que afecta a salida de 1 OG[unclear]. Estenosis severa (70%) de DAd, CX codominate con lesión moderada (40%) de OM. CD codominate sin enfermedad.
Can anybody confirm whether or not this means the Obtuse marginal artery (OMA)?
