خانه تو شهر
I consider خانه as against آپارتمان. Townhome/townhouse is sort of against country house. My understanding is that it's some kind of a house, albeit in the city and not in the countryside. So, for a natural work, I suggest خانه تو شهر. It implies that it's not an apartment, and that it's not in the countryside but in the city. Just a suggestion. Other colleagues might have better options.
