@ Asker Do look at the other items in your list: this looks very like a typical EN list format, where the word order is reversed; so (if corroborated by other list items), you may need to regard this as 'air-valve seat control-arm roll pin' — and depending on the quality of the EN elsewhere in your document, some of these terms may not be accurate; I'm thinking in particular that 'roll pin' might in fact be a 'pivot pin', for example ('roll' misused for 'rotation') Only your wider context may help you to decide. Of course, it would also be very useful if we knew which particular part of a vehicle this relates to?
