This is in a whistle blowing complaint. It contains typos (possibly transcribed), so this could be incorrect:

"Depuis que Madame XXX et arriver, en constate de plus en plus de la dégradation au niveau relationnel avec les intérimaires qui sont rapprocher de nous pour *nous faire leur retour* après des entretiens maintenu avec Madame X et qui nous en montrer aussi leur indignation de la manière et de longage inapproprier...."

My take is that the temporary agency workers approached the author & colleagues after their interviews to give feedback / tell them about the interviews.

Any ideas?
