English to Russian Science Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng Calculation of risks from chemicals in indoor air

I am translating a user manual for software used to calculate health risks from combined exposure to multiple chemicals in indoor air. There are a couple of phrases with "normilize the value by a factor of" or "adjust the value by a factor of" that I don't know how to translate in Russian. Here they are:

The software calculates an adjusted point of departure index (PODIadj) for the selected effects of interest. The PODIadj is based on the lowest point of departure (POD) if data are available for both humans and animals, with the value in animals being normalized to humans by a factor of 0.1 to account for interspecies differences. No-observed-adverse-effect levels (NOAELs) are preferred; if only lowest-observed-adverse-effect levels (LOAELs) are available, the software adjusts the value by a factor of 3. Human variability is taken into account through adjustment of the POD by an additional factor of 10.
For systemic effects, chronic exposure values are preferred. If data on chronic exposure are not available, PODs for intermediate duration exposures are adjusted by a factor of 2 to account for the shorter duration.
