Discharge report after TAVI + Pacemaker placement
The following appears at the end of a diacharge report for a 77-year-old patient who underwent TAVI and subsequent pacemaker placement:
Estable clínicamente, niega dolor a nivel femoral. Sin signos de IC.
Se repite eco MMII que descarta pdeudoaneurisma, únicamente objetiva hematoma pectíneo.
Plaquetas 51000. Se inicia apixaban con control de hemograma mañana 18/3/2022 para comprobar que no se animice nuevamente. Alta revisada, a falta de hemograma y MUP.
Fecha de Alta: 18/03/2022.
Can anyone advise me what MUP indicates in this context?

Por el contexto (alta revisada a falta de hemograma y MUP) diría que podría referirse al módulo de prescripción (módulo único de prescripción; por ejemplo en Madrid). Esto es, alta revisada (informe de alta revisado y preparado) a falta de incluir el resultado del hemograma pendiente y de completar las órdenes de prescripción -en el módulo digital correspondiente (esto es, de ajustar la prescripción en función de si se objetiva o no anemización -u otro problema- y de generar físicamente las recetas correspondientes -en este caso en el módulo digital unificado de prescripción).
