"CASO Masculino de 60 años, con antecedente de tabaquismo pasivo de larga evolución, dislipidemia y antecedente de cardiopatía isquemica diagnosticada hace 6 años, desde entonces el paciente refiere únicamente tratamiento alternativo sin seguimiento por cardiología. Ingresa a urgencias por disnea de mínimos esfuerzos de 12hrs de evolución con diaforesis y episodios de dolor retroesternal. Al reinterrogatorio refiere edema progresivo de miembros inferiores , disnea de medianos esfuerzos y dolor retroesternal relacionado al esfuerzo, de un mes de evolución. EKG con necrosis septal e ISEPIC anterior extensa. Troponinas negativas y BNP de más de 5000. ETT encontrando trastornos severos de la movilidad anterior y lateral . Se realiza angiografia coronaria con los siguientes hallazgos."
