My try: Quelle différence peut faire un décolleté plongeant sur les seins de la cliente au niveau du bonnet pour une silhouette mince et élancée.

La partie « outside of the customer breasts » me paraît un peu superflue dans ce cas. Je suppose qu’il s’agit d’un soutien-gorge genre push-up, destiné à faire paraître plus volumineux des seins de petite taille.
