lóbulo medio posterior derecho

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) Prostatectomy pathology report
The following appears in a pathology report for a radical prostatectomy specimen in Spain:
[General specimen description, size etc.]

I'm unsure whether "lóbulo medio posterior derecho" (etc.) is referring to the median lobe (right posterior), the right lobe (mid posterior) or the posterior lobe (middle right).

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

postero-medial section of the right lateral lobe

Quote from website: "The posterior lobe is used by some to describe the postero-medial part of the lateral lobes that can be palpated through the rectum during digital rectal exam (DRE)."
