Discussion
A tensioner is an idler pully that is mounted on a moveable mount so that it maintains tension on a belt. The tension may be manually adjusted, or be fitted with some sort of spring system so the tension is maintained automatically.
The N62 deflection, or idler, pulley is located separate from the tensioner pulley and guides the belt around other accessories.
