put a little sunshine on your plate

A play on the phrase "Put a little sunshine in your life". Well, it's reasonable close to the French metaphor without sounding TOO strange in English.

Sorry, reasonablY close to the French metaphor etc.

I know the French says \"IN your plate\", but I prefer \"ON your plate\" in English.

Here\'s another idea, based on the fact that this is Mediterranean cooking:

Create dishes with XXX that sparkle like the warm Mediterranean sun on a summer\'s day.

A bit further removed from the original, but still keeps the sun theme while incorporating the Mediterranean idea mentioned elsewhere in your excerpt. Plus it evokes mental images of Mediterranean holidays, and sounds rather more poetic than my original suggestion (which is maybe a little frivolous for the context).

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thank you all for your suggestions. I went with "XXX invites you to put a little sunshine on your plate" but I also offered the clients Rowman's second suggestion and asked them to chose the one they prefer."
