I think the writer means moody or foolish. Also, the phrase
معطوب المزاج
doesn't sound a correct phrase.
غالبا نقول بأن شخص ما أصبح مزاجي بسبب ضغط العمل أو بسبب خيانة ما
لهذا هل يصح بأن نصف المزاج بالمعطوب؟
