German to English Medical Medical (general) Parkinson's diagnosis

Can someone help with this please? I have found that G20.00 refers to the ICD code "G20.00: Primary Parkinson disease with no or mild impairment With no fluctuations " and that H&Y refers to the Hoehn and Yahr Scale" and am assuming that ED is Erstdiagnose, so is EM Erste Manifestation? Thanks for any help
