English to Arabic Bus/Financial Finance (general)

The Board of Directors reviews the Dividend Pay-out Report and verifies the level of Profit After Tax (adjusted for non-cash accounting aspects like fair valuation, exceptional or extra-ordinary events, revaluation if any and other accounting adjustments which needs to be considered to arrive at the cash profits), Cash Flow position of the company, future strategic and growth plans and the Key Financial Indicators along with the recommendations with respect to each Indicator, and makes a decision regarding declaration of Final Dividend or Interim Dividend.
