Is this best translated simply as "UMF PhD School" or "UMF Post-Graduate School/Centre"?

The UMF School of Doctoral Studies. At a graduate school you can also pursue master's degrees, so "graduate" would not work here.

It's in Spain, Taña Hi Taña, it's in Spain and they are calling the school "UMF Doctorados", as a separate "centro" of the University. Thanks

Are you talking about Romania? You have not said which country! If so, see: The Doctoral School of UMF "Iuliu Hațieganu" consists of all the PhD supervisors and PhD students of the university in the three main fields: medicine, dentistry
