Italian term (edited):
Atto di Convenzione della Concessione
Selected
(Notarial) Record of the Award Agreement; (BrE-only) Deed of Licensing Agreement
Deed gives me a chance of two bites at the cherry.
Deed in the US - as our ProZ colleagues over there ought to know - means for a conveyance of land only. In English Common Law countries, a Deed of Gift - e.g. of a race horse or motor car - needs (to) be under Notarial Seal or that of a Solicitor / Barrister acting qua / as a Commissioner for Oaths or unless for valuable consideration (payment) or good consideration = natural love & affection, normally between family relatives.
By the same token, Atto - like l'acte in FRE and, not always clear whether a document or action, acta vs. acto in SPA - needs a notarial 'blessing'.

Servizio di stipula atto notarile di convenzione urbanistica per bene immobile tra il Comune di Cagliari e l\'Agenzia del Demanio.

: Surely, as a high-flying lawyer, you know that the record of an agreement is called an agreement.

You may have 'studied' EN rather than ITA contract law, but obviously never Roman civ. notarial law or worked in a Notary's Office. Otherwise, you wouldn't have dodged 'Atto'//read my profile *carefully*. I've also been a City Notarial Trans. Exam tutor.

concession agreement
It should be convenzione, not convezione.

Or licensing, depending on the context.

Really? You worked in a notary's office? I had no idea. How fascinating.
