Your other question implies that the company is in liquidation. You should have included 'L.G.' in this question.

.... to the order of the named party for crediting to him, her or it or other arrangement/ dispoal thereof.

The problem with this 'to order' phrase is that, usually, it's not explained very well on many courses on negotiable instruments, banking or shipping, unless with a view to Notarial Practice.

or, as Martini suggests, to the compulsory receivers of the sp.a. aka in compulsory, court-supervised winding-up.
Example sentence:

Negotiable bills of lading are the ones that have been issued “to order” or “to order of a named party”.

Pay to order ensures that only the intended recipient is authorized to receive payment.

Note from asker:
but there seems to be a law no. after?
Peer comment(s):

agree philgoddard : But it's nothing to do with bills of lading.

Thanks but it depends what L.G. means, unless it is indeed to the compulsory liquidators of the sp.a. aka in compulsory, court-supervised winding-up.

agree philgoddard : I think you deserve some credit for telling us what LG means, even though it wasn't in the question and your translation isn't quite right. Maybe 'payable to xxx spa, liquidation reference LG 40/2023'.

but "è già stato pagato" = it has already been paid
