Thanks but it depends what L.G. means, unless it is indeed to the compulsory liquidators of the sp.a. aka in compulsory, court-supervised winding-up.

: I think you deserve some credit for telling us what LG means, even though it wasn't in the question and your translation isn't quite right. Maybe 'payable to xxx spa, liquidation reference LG 40/2023'.
