Never mow only using the center blade the offset hanger lever is lifted up.

Grip the hanger lever and move it toward the offset(normally this lever is inner position by the spring).
Keep right hand to raise the offset deck and turn the hanger lever toward the machine(inner side).
Then grip the hanger lever with left hand, and grip the front tire BK with right hand.
Pull up the hanger lever towards the top, then lock will be released.
