It's a translation of a legal deposition done to someone from Honduras. He is a construction worker. This was done for an American attorney and a witness from this country. He is living in The United States for many years but he still have English problems but he has forgotten how to say some Spanish words.
This is for Latin People living in The United States and Americans readers. Is okay to translate it as lista de tareas or lista de verificación?

Attorney: ¿Cuales eran sus actividades diarias en la compañía de construcción cuando llegaba a trabajar al lugar de trabajo cada mañana?
Witness: Mi jefe me entregaba algo que se llamaba en Inglés "Punch list" y yo comenzaba a hacer mi trabajo de construcción en diferentes apartamentos los cuales estaban recién construidos.Yo también hacía trabajo de carpintería y pintaba las paredes de los apartamentos y el ceiling.(el techo)

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
