French term

CAB

French to English Medical Medical (general) Electromyography
Hi,
This patient has chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy.
I have the following:
"perte de force (IO CAB releveurs des pieds avec nette amyotrophie)"
and
"EC: IO 2+/5, CAB 3/5, dynamo 33-28 Kg pince 2.5 et 1.5. TA 4/5"
EC = élément contractile = contractile elements
dynamo = dynamometer
pince = pinch test
Still looking into IO and TA.
This is for the US market
Thanks
Joanna

Thanks Emily. The agency sent me another document today and it seems CAB is the abbreviation for "court abducteur"
Emily Gilby Feb 13:
If "IO" is "interosseux", could "CAB" be "cadre antébrachial"? See slide 3 at https://slideplayer.fr/slide/3768532/
