Влада је закључком 25. 8. 2023. године усвојила Одговоре на препоруке држава чланица УН-а у оквиру Четвртог циклуса УПР-а, у којима се изјаснила о статусу преосталих 63 препорука и то на начин да је прихватила 36 препорука, 7 делимично прихватила и 20 нотирала. За препоруке које су нотиране процене Владе су биле да или исте није могуће применити у облику како су изречене или захтевају измене законског оквира за који у овом тренутку не можемо гарантовати да ће се извршити у извештајном периоду.
